Seed is ৳2,900/month or ৳29,000/year; Grow ৳7,900/month or ৳79,000/year; Scale ৳15,000/month or ৳150,000/year. No self-serve plan has a minimum term or a setup fee. Enterprise is operator-provisioned and invoiced under its own contract, never public signup. Annual plans are paid upfront: pay 10 months, get 12. Annual payments are never refunded as cash; unused annual value is credited on an upgrade.

You may cancel any time. After cancellation there is no charge for the next month. Access continues through the paid period; then the shop moves to Free with its page connected. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated credit; downgrades apply at the period end. There is no refund for a month that has already started.

The 14-day Grow trial includes all Grow features, capped at 1,000 AI messages, 5 image posts, 1 product reel, 10 call minutes and 20 SMS samples. Trial AI messages have no wallet overage and stop at 120% of the AI-message allowance; extra call, content and SMS usage is paid from the prepaid wallet. One trial per Facebook page and phone number. After the trial, the shop moves to Free with 100 AI messages each month and its page stays connected. Free is also once per Facebook page.

Extra AI messages cost ৳0.25 each on Seed, Grow and Scale, paid from the prepaid wallet; while the wallet can pay, replies continue, and when it cannot they stop at 120% of the monthly allowance. Voice minute packs are not sold: calls are billed by the started minute from the wallet. Calls, content and SMS are metered from the prepaid wallet before spending. Quick confirmation calls cost ৳1 and AI calls ৳3 per started minute; pressing 0 switches a quick call to AI billing from that minute. SMS costs ৳1 per part: Bangla uses 70 characters, or 67 per part for longer messages; English 160, or 153 per part. Content costs twice our landed vendor cost and is shown before Make; Grow has ৳500/month credit and Scale ৳1,500/month, with no rollover. Grow includes ৳25,000/month and Scale ৳100,000/month managed ad spend without a management fee. Above the remaining allowance, the fee is 5% of managed spend, shown and reserved on budget approval, then settled on Meta-reported spend. It is never a fee on sales. The shop pays ad spend through its own Meta account and WhatsApp fees through its own WhatsApp Business account.

Seed, Grow ও Scale-এ অতিরিক্ত AI মেসেজ প্রতিটি ৳০.২৫, প্রিপেইড ওয়ালেট থেকে কাটে; ওয়ালেট দিতে পারলে উত্তর চলতে থাকে, না পারলে মাসিক সীমার ১২০%-এ বন্ধ হয়। ভয়েস মিনিট প্যাক বিক্রি হয় না: কলের খরচ শুরু হওয়া প্রতি মিনিট ধরে ওয়ালেট থেকে কাটা হয়। কল, কনটেন্ট ও SMS-এর খরচ ব্যয়ের আগে প্রিপেইড ওয়ালেটে মাপা হয়। শুরু হওয়া প্রতি মিনিটে কুইক কনফার্মেশন কল ৳১ ও AI কল ৳৩; কুইক কলে ০ চাপলে সেই মিনিট থেকে AI কলের দাম হয়। SMS প্রতি অংশ ৳১: বাংলায় ৭০ অক্ষর, লম্বা হলে প্রতি অংশে ৬৭; ইংরেজিতে ১৬০, লম্বা হলে প্রতি অংশে ১৫৩। কনটেন্টের দাম আমাদের মোট সেবা-দাতার খরচের দ্বিগুণ, বানানোর আগে দেখানো হয়; Grow-তে মাসে ৳৫০০ ও Scale-এ ৳১,৫০০ ক্রেডিট, পরের মাসে যায় না। Grow-তে মাসে ৳২৫,০০০ ও Scale-এ ৳১,০০,০০০ পরিচালিত বিজ্ঞাপন খরচে ম্যানেজমেন্ট ফি নেই। অবশিষ্ট সীমার বেশি পরিচালিত খরচে ৫% ফি, বাজেট অনুমোদনে দেখানো ও রিজার্ভ করা হয়, পরে Meta-র প্রকৃত খরচে চূড়ান্ত হয়। বিক্রির ওপর ফি নেই। দোকান নিজের Meta অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে বিজ্ঞাপনের টাকা ও নিজের WhatsApp Business অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে WhatsApp ফি দেয়।

Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full within 7 days. This corrects billing errors; it does not refund unused annual service as cash.

ডুপ্লিকেট বা ভুল চার্জের পুরো টাকা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। এটি বিলিং ভুল সংশোধন; অব্যবহৃত বার্ষিক সেবার নগদ রিফান্ড নয়।

Seed, Grow and Scale have no setup fee and no minimum term, so there is nothing to refund on that account. Any setup work for an Enterprise contract is agreed in that contract.

Seed, Grow ও Scale-এ সেটআপ ফি ও ন্যূনতম মেয়াদ নেই, তাই এ খাতে ফেরত দেওয়ার কিছু নেই। Enterprise চুক্তির সেটআপ কাজ সেই চুক্তিতেই ঠিক হয়।

This policy records the current owner-approved commercial terms. Formal legal review is pending.
