By using BoloKhata, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to use the business account and records you provide. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

BoloKhata ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তে সম্মত হন এবং নিশ্চিত করেন যে business account ও আপনার দেওয়া record ব্যবহারের অনুমতি আপনার আছে। আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ হতে হবে এবং চুক্তি করার আইনি সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

BoloKhata is a voice-first business-record product. Enabled voice entry may send dictated input to a transcription provider so it can be turned into a record. You are responsible for reviewing record accuracy and for the legality of information you enter.

BoloKhata একটি voice-first business-record প্রোডাক্ট। Voice entry চালু থাকলে dictated input transcription provider-এর কাছে যেতে পারে যাতে তা record-এ রূপান্তর করা যায়। Record-এর সঠিকতা যাচাই এবং আপনার দেওয়া তথ্যের বৈধতার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

Plan prices and limits shown at purchase apply. You may cancel any time. After cancellation, there is no charge for the next month. There is no refund for a month that has already started. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full within 7 days. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work begins.

কেনার সময় দেখানো plan price ও limit প্রযোজ্য। আপনি যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করতে পারেন। বাতিলের পর পরের মাসের কোনো চার্জ হবে না। শুরু হয়ে যাওয়া মাসের টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ডুপ্লিকেট বা ভুল চার্জের পুরো টাকা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। সেটআপের কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে সেটআপ ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

Do not use BoloKhata unlawfully, fraudulently, to violate another person’s rights, or to bypass security or access another workspace. Providers used for transcription, hosting or other product functions control their own availability and policies.

BoloKhata বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক কাজে, অন্যের অধিকার লঙ্ঘনে, নিরাপত্তা এড়াতে বা অন্য workspace-এ ঢুকতে ব্যবহার করবেন না। Transcription, hosting বা অন্য product function-এর provider তাদের নিজস্ব availability ও policy নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।

These terms record the current owner-approved operating terms. Formal legal review is pending.
