Email iftykhan@zexorex.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the BoloKhata account or workspace context and what you want deleted. Never send a password, access token or verification code.

“Data deletion request” বিষয় দিয়ে iftykhan@zexorex.com-এ ইমেইল করুন। BoloKhata account বা workspace-এর তথ্য এবং কী মুছতে চান তা লিখুন। Password, access token বা verification code কখনো পাঠাবেন না।

We verify that the requester is authorized or is the person the data concerns. After verification, we delete or de-identify the requested personal data within the period required by applicable law and confirm completion or explain a lawful exception.

অনুরোধকারী অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তি বা যার তথ্য তিনি নিজেই কি না তা যাচাই করি। যাচাইয়ের পর প্রযোজ্য আইনের সময়সীমার মধ্যে চাওয়া ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে বা পরিচয়বিহীন করি এবং কাজ শেষ হলে জানাই, অথবা বৈধ ব্যতিক্রম থাকলে ব্যাখ্যা করি।

We may keep only records required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security or an active dispute. Those retained records are restricted and are deleted when the reason for keeping them ends.

আইন, tax, billing, fraud prevention, security বা চলমান বিরোধের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সীমিত record রাখা হতে পারে। এসব record-এ access সীমিত থাকে এবং রাখার কারণ শেষ হলে মুছে দেওয়া হয়।
